HCEA 2020 is CALLING FOR PAPER!

2020 3rd International Conference on Hydraulic, Civil Engineering and Automatics (HCEA 2020) will be held on February 14-16, 2020 in Canton (Guangzhou), China. HCEA 2020 is calling for paper now!

All accepted full papers will be published in conference proceedings and will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus, Inspec and CNKI for indexing.
